We are arguably the most personal and client orientated property rental and management company in the area and not part of any faceless chain or parent company. Located on the East Sussex/Kent borders means we are ideally placed to cover not just the main towns of Crowborough, Tunbridge Wells, Uckfield, Heathfield, Wadhurst and Lamberhurst but all the rural areas in between. We know the process of deciding which Letting Agent to use is not always an easy one, unless you have a personal recommendation to point you in the right direction. With so many Agents appearing to offer similar services and having access to the same advertising portals just how should you make your choice? Well here are some facts about PML Lettings that we hope will make your decision that bit easier

Our Expertise:

A small, personal and uniquely reliable Company run by Heather Hawkey who has been operating in Kent and East Sussex Lettings and Management since 1989. Our small team means that you always get to deal with us on an individual basis and we know you and your property and any "querks" it may have!
Honest and expert advice - whilst it might be tempting to suggest overly high prices to get the instruction we know that this is not good practice and we will always offer you a realistic valuation
Extensive advertising on the major website portals reaches all areas nationally as well as our own dedicated website.
Skillful negotiating ability to not only achieve the best possible rental but the best possible tenants to suit your home and specifications. We never proceed with tenants without your approval.
Landlords are offered a variety of services from Let Only or Rent Collection through to Full Management or indeed a package can be specifically tailored to any particular requirements you may have. We prepare all our own Inventories to the highest standards thus ensuring that they are compatible with DPS stipulations. We also do not practise the "Sole Agency" terms that some Agents wish to tie you into. We feel this could never be to the Client's benefit and should not have a place in the rental market today.
A senior member of staff is available day or night in case of emergency for Managed properties.
No VAT to pay, and this is not just a promotional offer, as we are not VAT registered you will always be able to benefit from paying 20% less by using PML. Lettings
