Many of our landlords and tenants stay with us for years — and much of our business comes through repeat clients and word of mouth recommendations.

Being independent means we can tailor our services to suit your exact requirements. When you contact us, you’ll always speak to someone who knows you and your property, not be passed from department to department. This kind of consistent, traditional service is what our clients tell us they value most.

Our Director, Heather Hawkey, has worked in lettings and property management since 1989. She was personally trained by Sharn Hutt, founder of “Doorknobs” in Tunbridge Wells, whose ethos of “going the extra mile” continues to shape the way we work today. Since establishing PML, Heather has built a company known for its reliability, flexibility, and straightforward approach.
